Issues Opening CM0013 Files

Microsoft Word Not Present

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open CM0013 Files" when trying to open your CM0013. Generally, this is experienced in %%os%% because Microsoft Word isn't installed on your PC. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your CM0013, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Obsolete Version of Microsoft Word

Sometimes your installed version of Microsoft Word won't support your Samsung Smart TV Index File file. Installing the latest version of Microsoft Word from Microsoft Corporation is recommended.
